Job Responsibilities:

As a Call Center Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients, responding to inbound calls, visits, and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Handling high-volume client requests, resolving issues, and escalating concerns to senior-level staff as necessary
• Performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, utilizing arenaflex's solution information systems and rules processes to enter patient and medication data
• Investigating missing prescription data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving data entry-related exceptions
• Settling correspondence with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders, as necessary
• Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as fitting
• Acquiring and maintaining a dynamic pharmacist license or accreditation within the initial 90 days of employment

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Essential level computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing reports + Accessing data online

• Essential web search skills, including:

+ Opening a program + Writing in URLs in the correct area + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online

• Middle-level keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 25 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing reports

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• 18 years of age or older

Preferred Qualifications:

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment

• At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a license or enrollment by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacy or widely recognized certification agency
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
• Halfway to advanced-level keyboarding skills, including:

+ Typing at least 35 words per minute + Typing by memory + Designing reports

• Familiarity with Spanish and English
