We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our data entry team, you'll play a vital role in processing incoming healthcare claim forms, digitizing claims, and ensuring accurate input of all claim details while consistently meeting our established keystrokes per hour or words per minute targets.

About the Role

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to process all incoming healthcare claim forms submitted by our clients, digitize the claims using the designated format provided by arenaflex, and ensure the accurate input of all claim details. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process incoming healthcare claim forms submitted by clients

  • Digitize claims using the designated format provided by arenaflex
  • Ensure accurate input of all claim details
  • Meet established keystrokes per hour or words per minute targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Problem-solve and work in a self-guided manner to resolve issues and challenges

Requirements:

* Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research

  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to problem-solve and work in a self-guided manner
  • Customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office and internet research
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to problem-solve and work in a self-guided manner

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in healthcare claims processing or a related field

  • Certification in medical billing or coding is a plus
  • Experience working with electronic health records (EHRs) or practice management systems (PMS)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of $15.00/hour

Pay Transparency Laws:

* Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to location, experience, and performance

  • Estimated salary range for this role is $26,600-$33,250
