Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative - Medicare to join our team on a 3+ months contract-to-hire basis. As a Medicare CSR, you'll be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries. You'll work closely with customers to resolve problems, provide solutions, and ensure that they receive the support they need.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional service to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Handle claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries
- Work closely with customers to resolve problems and provide solutions
- Utilize multiple systems to navigate and resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and meet performance targets
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Call Center Customer Service experience with a focus on inbound calls (no telesales)
- Excellent Customer Focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented mindset
- Empathy and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
- Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time
- ALL candidates must score a 80% or above on eSkills test
Preferred Qualifications
* HS Diploma or GED with a 2 years of customer service experience/call center experience
- Healthcare industry experience
- Previous Medicare experience
- Call Center Customer Service experience (Inbound calls)
- Medical background helpful
