Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Technology Analyst to join our Workday Data Migrations team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Technology team, you'll work closely with cross-functional groups, including Delivery, Engineering, and Product Owners, to develop a deep understanding of our business space and the Workday system's functionalities. Your primary responsibilities will include applying your analytical skills and business acumen to resolve a wide range of issues, collaborating with colleagues to provide expert advice and solutions, and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.

Key Responsibilities

* Apply your knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade to drive business process improvements and optimize Workday data migrations

• Collaborate with colleagues to provide expert advice and solutions on Workday data migrations, business processes, and technical requirements
• Stay informed about current industry trends and advancements in Workday and related technologies
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, outcomes, or approaches to problems
• Estimate effort and value for solutions and apply business acumen to drive strategic decision-making

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade, with a focus on Workday data migrations and business process improvements
• Strong knowledge of business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade, including data migration and integration
• Strong knowledge of technical conditions, including software development methodologies and Workday system functionalities
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Ability to analyze medium to large business or technical issues, articulating the problem or root cause, and translating the analysis into actionable solution proposals
• Ability to work effectively in a helpdesk or group-oriented environment
• Ability to explore, create, and report requirements, processes, and technical details
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and varied work streams and tasks

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process modeling, and upgrade, with a focus on Workday data migrations and business process improvements
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and Workday system functionalities
• Experience with data migration and integration, including data mapping and transformation
• Experience with business process improvement and optimization, including process modeling and re-engineering
• Experience with technical writing and documentation, including user manuals and technical guides
• Experience with project management and coordination, including Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
