Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Remote Inbound Sales

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, helping them find and purchase their ideal products, and driving sales growth.

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering outstanding service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound sales calls, approximately 40 per day, and provide top-notch customer service to clients

• Work with clients to find and purchase their ideal products, and upsell or cross-sell relevant items to enhance their experience
• Contact item providers to obtain additional information that may not be available on the arenaflex website
• Follow the assigned Sales Cycle and call stream, including testing questions, accepting the sale, and building compatibility
• Utilize technology to stay connected with clients, including email and chat channels
• Explore network difficulties, special client requests, and other issues that may arise
• Participate in team-building activities, sales challenges, and other aspects of our company culture

What You'll Need

* Solid critical thinking skills and the ability to think logically in a high-speed environment

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center, retail, or virtual environment
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college education preferred
• Ability to work in a virtual environment, comfortable with technology, and maintain a high level of critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
• Open to learning and utilizing software applications required for the job
• Normal and consistent attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position
• You are engaging and can use your personality to connect with others quickly
• You promote suitable product solutions and influence clients to purchase from arenaflex
• You are serious, have an optimistic attitude, and are open to change
• You handle issues methodically and creatively
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to maintain the required internet speed of at least 25 Mbps (download) and 5 Mbps (upload) to support voice traffic and HTTPS web traffic using a hard-wired Ethernet internet connection (no WiFi)
