Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient order processing, and accurate product information. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide timely and accurate responses
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Develop product and solutions expertise to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer-facing role

• Knowledge of customer service software and technology

• Certification in customer service or a related field
