Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Analyst (Typist), you will be responsible for conducting data entry, upholding the integrity and accuracy of the Changescout platform, and collaborating with team members to enhance project tracking and data management processes. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a proactive attitude towards teamwork, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities

* Conduct data entry and uphold the integrity and accuracy of the Changescout platform, which is integrated with Salesforce.

• Systematically collect and manage data, ensuring timely updates and organization within the platform.
• Collaborate seamlessly with team members while also exhibiting the capability to work independently.
• Facilitate effective communication across various teams to enhance project tracking and data management processes.
• Identify and lead the entry of projects across multiple functional sites.
• Review and input information related to spending, invoices, purchase orders, change orders, and forecasting data into project cost tracking systems.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive project files and logs.
• Compile and execute reconciliations as required.

Required Skills

* Proficiency with Salesforce platforms; prior experience with Changescout is advantageous.

• Demonstrated experience in data collection and change management is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills and a proactive attitude towards teamwork.
• Ability to work onsite at least one day each week.

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field.
