Experienced Client Data Entry Clerk (Entry-Level) - Remote | Client Typist

Job Overview As a Client Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for overseeing the establishment and updates of client accounts, ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of client profile data, and facilitating the processing of online bidder approvals. You'll also be tasked with adding and modifying client information, generating comprehensive reports, and managing shipping instruction requests. Additionally, you'll maintain mailing list entries, process bidder/show cards, and verify sales tax information. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be essential in ensuring the success of this role. Key Responsibilities * Oversee the establishment and updates of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness * Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of client profile data, including contact information and sales history * Facilitate the processing of online bidder approvals, ensuring timely and efficient processing * Add and modify client information, generate comprehensive reports, and manage shipping instruction requests * Maintain mailing list entries, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information * Process bidder/show cards and verify sales tax information, ensuring compliance with regulations * Address client survey feedback, providing exceptional customer service and support * Undertake additional responsibilities as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability Required Skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities * A positive outlook and a commitment to learning, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities * Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous, but not required Qualifications * High school diploma is a prerequisite, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry * Previous experience in a customer-facing role or data entry position is highly desirable * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we're committed to fostering continuous professional development and growth.
