Job Summary
As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team responsible for investigating data and processes to uncover insights that drive business growth and improvement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and communicate complex ideas to senior leaders. Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of analysts in investigating data and processes to uncover insights that drive business growth and improvement
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize business processes and improve client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans to address business challenges
- Communicate complex ideas and results to senior leaders through clear, concise, and compelling storytelling
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and data science
- Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential
- Drive a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Research, or related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field (desired)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field
- Proven experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong proficiency in Excel and data manipulation tools (e.g., Python, R)
