Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, video calls, and live chats
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Key Qualifications
To succeed as a Virtual Customer Support Agent, you'll need:
- 6+ months of customer service and/or administrative experience (call center or phone support experience preferred)
- A high level of professionalism and phone etiquette for business purposes
- Excellent typing, communication, and computer skills
- Ability to work overtime and/or weekends if necessary
- Willingness to submit to a standard background check, drug test, technology check, and voice assessments
- A home office setup with a computer/laptop, internet connection, and headset hookups

To ensure seamless performance, you'll need:
- A CPU i5 (or equivalent), i7 recommended
- Internet Download Speed 5Mbs down speed minimum
- Internet Upload Speed 3Mbs up speed minimum
- Network Latency Max 250 MS latency max
