Job Summary
As a Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal is to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. If you're a gaming enthusiast with excellent communication skills, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities
* Engage in online conversations with customers via chat, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
- Use your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and conversion rates
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
Requirements
* Must live within the state of Idaho
- Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
- Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions (this is a remote position)
- Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
- Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
- Gaming experience is preferred
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Familiarity with the automotive industry or related products
- Experience with chat software or other customer engagement platforms
- Strong typing skills (40 WPM or higher)
- Gaming experience (e.g., online multiplayer, customer service, or community management)
