Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative – Inbound Claims Support, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer service inquiries via telephone and/or email, resolving complex customer issues with exceptional service. You'll leverage effective listening skills, diligence, and a genuine desire to ensure that every customer experience is exceptional. By understanding the customers' needs and focusing on delivering tailored solutions, you'll provide a service experience that exceeds expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer requests via telephone or email, providing excellent service and resolving complex customer issues

  • Research requests regarding policy provisions, claim status, and procedures to provide accurate and timely responses
  • Efficiently process transactions and refer requests as needed to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Enhance customer relationships using effective communication and empathy, building trust and accountability
  • Support service campaigns as required, promoting arenaflex's products and services
  • Navigate electronic systems to provide integrated responses to inquiries, ensuring efficient and accurate service
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions, upholding arenaflex's high standards of customer service

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service

  • Flexible working schedule between 8:00 am - 11:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday, with the ability to work specific shifts and overtime as needed
  • Strong computer/keyboard skills, with proficiency in electronic systems and software applications
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to research and resolve complex customer issues
  • Superb listening skills, with professional oral and written communication, and an empathetic communication style to build trust and accountability
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent, with some college or professional certification a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in insurance or financial services, with prior call center experience highly preferred

  • Ability to learn quickly and develop an understanding of arenaflex's products and services
  • Passion for customer service and commitment to follow-through, with a focus on delivering exceptional service experiences
