Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, helping them navigate their healthcare plans and making informed decisions about their medical care. You will be the face of our organization, providing a positive and supportive experience for our customers, and helping to build trust and loyalty with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls and answer questions from customers about their healthcare plans, including medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order prescriptions

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, helping them to better understand their coverage and options
  • Offer solutions and support to customers, helping them to make informed decisions about their medical care
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry

  • PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
