Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to create personalized itineraries, respond to client requests, and ensure that every client feels valued and supported. - Apply for Payments and Send Payment Reminders: Process payments and send reminders to clients in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage Flight Changes and Seat Assignments: Assist clients with flight changes and seat assignments, ensuring that their travel plans are updated accurately.
- Concierge-Related Details: Arrange spa, touring, and dinner reservations for clients, as well as notify hotels of client preferences.
- Correspond with Clients: Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences.
- Prepare Client Documents and Travel Tips: Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, advising clients on what to print and when.
- Update Daily Activity, Reporting, and Status: Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM, ensuring that our team is informed and up-to-date.
- Set Schedules and Manage Time Effectively: Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Manage Client Profiles and Bookings: Manage client profiles and bookings, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Serve as Backup Travel Support/Main Point of Contact: Serve as backup travel support and main point of contact as needed, providing emergency support to clients outside of normal office hours.
