Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote e-File team in Puerto Rico. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and online platforms. You'll work closely with our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues, and meet common goals. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and online platforms
• Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of industry and process
• Investigating discrepancies as they arise
• Completing additional projects as assigned
• Collaborating with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to meet common goals
• Resolving issues and providing excellent customer service

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
• Tech experience is strongly preferred
• The ability to read, write, and speak English
• A high school diploma or GED
• The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• A desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• A typing speed of at least 50 to 60 wpm
