Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and maintain accurate client profile data, including contact information and sales tax details
  • Process approvals for online bidders, ensuring timely and efficient communication
  • Perform data entry for client information, generate reports, and manage shipping directives
  • Update mailing lists and process bidder documentation, maintaining confidentiality and security
  • Confirm sales tax information, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Track, analyze, and respond to client surveys, providing valuable insights for business growth
  • Assist with various administrative responsibilities as required, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive attitude

Required Skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software applications

  • Strong multitasking capabilities, with a focus on detail and accuracy
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous, but not required

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of data entry experience
