Job Summary

As an E-commerce Support Specialist – Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to Shopify store owners and their customers through live chat on websites and social media accounts. Your primary focus will be on troubleshooting, guiding customers through their purchasing process, and providing detailed product information. Key Responsibilities

* Provide live chat customer support to Shopify store owners and their customers through websites and social media accounts

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) preferred

  • 10+ hours availability per week; flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions
