Job Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through:
- Receiving English inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Placing outbound calls to existing English clients and customers to provide updates and resolve issues
- Answering questions from English customers and forwarding messages to clients in a timely and professional manner
- Meeting Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metrics to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Maintaining a working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients to provide informed and effective support
