Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to visitors on our clients' websites. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering Incoming Customer Live Chats: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding website navigation, services, and general client concerns.
  • Evaluating Customer Interactions: Assess customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary.
  • Building Relationships: Establish rapport with new customers to better understand their needs and preferences.
  • Responding to Customer Questions: Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, requests, and problems.
  • Promoting Client Products and Services: Engage with customers to promote our products and services, and encourage them to explore our offerings.
  • Maintaining a Positive Image: Continuously portray and project a positive and professional image, both in writing and verbally.
  • Providing Administrative Support: Offer administrative support to the customer service team, as needed.
  • Assisting with Overflow Work: May be required to assist with overflow work and other duties as needed.
