What You Will Do in This Role
As a Turkish Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries and requests, responding to them according to need and situation
- Communicating with customers via different channels (e.g., phone, email, or chat) to ensure an optimal customer experience
- Using various tools and systems to identify and resolve customer issues, escalating problems to the appropriate groups when necessary
- Maintaining certain KPIs to ensure better Customer efficiency support
- Assisting customers and users in technical inquiries and raising their concerns to the related Subject matter expert technical team when needed
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Very good Turkish (C2) and good English (B2) skills in speech and writing
- Service-oriented and communicative, with the ability to meet customers at eye level in a friendly and pleasant manner
- Confidence in using a PC
- Prior working experience in a service organization is desired
- Familiarity with social media and online advertising products/vendors
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Fast learner, diligent worker
- Ability to provide background checks (certificate for highest level of education, employment certificate, references from previous employment)
- German resident (applicants from Saxony, Hesse, Saarland, and Hamburg cannot be considered, even if they have a secondary residence in another state)
Ideally, You Will Have:

- Online advertising experience that is a big plus
