Key Responsibilities
As a Part Time Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for supporting our Customer Service (Ticket & Gate) team. Your primary focus will be on delivering world-class service to our customers, ensuring their travel experience is smooth and pleasant. Your key responsibilities will include:
Ticket Agent:
+ Greet customers and guide them through the ticketing and baggage check-in process + Use a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets + Manage the check-in process, ensuring customers have the proper documentation for travel + Tag baggage and perform lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts + Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
Gate Agent:
+ Assist customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding + Use computers to assist customers with seat availability, gate announcements, flight status, checking, and handling baggage + Operate jet ways to place them in position prior to aircraft arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors + Practice safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures

What You Need to Succeed

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Physical Abilities:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation.
Availability:
Be willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
