CRM & Marketing Manager
We're looking for a motivated HubSpot CRM & Marketing Manager to take ownership in leading our CRM system and Marketing. This role is ideal for a driven, data-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to directly influence revenue growth through strategic, measurable campaigns. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HubSpot CRM, developing inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, generating high-quality leads, and building automation workflows to streamline our customer journey. This is a performance-based role with a base salary and a bonus commission structure tied to qualified sales opportunities generated from your efforts. Key Responsibilities ● Own and manage the HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hubs for Agrellus. ● Host weekly and monthly updates with the executive team to discuss initiatives, progress, needs, and actionables. ● Design and execute email campaigns, nurture sequences, automation workflows, and lead scoring models. ● Collaborate with sales and executive teams to align internal marketing efforts with revenue goals. ● Analyze and report on performance metrics to refine sales effectiveness and marketing strategies. ● Work with the team to develop and execute SEO content, consistent email marketing campaigns, and paid media campaigns to attract and convert leads. ● Ensure clean, accurate data in the CRM and provide strategic insights on ways to grow and improve CRM usage across sales, marketing, and operations. ● Manage domains, landing pages, and other marketing website assets tied within the CRM. ● Social media content management, content development, and engagement (creating, posting, liking, sharing, tagging, commenting). ● Track marketing-influenced revenue and earn commission based on verified opportunities attributed to your campaigns. ● Create marketing content, i.e. short form video content, flyers, graphic art to market over media and social media channels. ● Design and distribute three targeted social media posts per revenue line each week, with a clear message and call to actions ● Run monthly diagnostics on websites, landing pages, and click through engagement buttons to ensure all are working correctly and reporting on what are the most popular traffic points in the Agrellus digital ethos. Qualifications ● 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or CRM management, ideally in B2B environments. ● Proven experience with HubSpot CRM or similar. ● Strong understanding of brand development, inbound marketing, funnel strategy, and lead generation. ● Excellent analytical skills and experience with campaign performance tracking. ● Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines. ● Experience working in fast-growing company environments is a must.
