A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion

As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, resolving issues, answering general customer service questions, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. Your day will be filled with:

  • Providing solutions to customers' problems, ensuring one call resolution and a positive experience
  • Answering general customer service questions, including service issues, billing inquiries, and product enhancement opportunities
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints in a fast-paced environment
  • Building genuine connections with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

Brand Champion Skillset

To be successful as a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll need:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Desire to actively engage and listen to customers
  • Empathy and ability to provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time

Work-from-Home Equipment Requirements

To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need:

  • High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
  • Ethernet cable connection (no Wi-Fi)
  • Personal desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 Operating System, minimum of 2 core processor with 2GHz processor speed, and at least 8GB RAM
  • USB headset with microphone
  • Webcam
  • Chromebooks/Mac computers cannot be utilized for this position
