Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position located in Puerto Rico, and we're looking for individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participating in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
• Investigating discrepancies as they arise
• Completing additional projects as assigned
• Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow

Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Type 60 plus WPM
