Experienced Data Entry Specialist - REMOTE

We're currently seeking an Experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of reducing costs, streamlining workflows, and improving overall customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for accurately entering data in our QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images. You'll also identify document types based on provided documentation, review and verify entered data to meet or exceed quality requirements, and ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential following HIPAA standards. Additionally, you'll professionally interact with other staff as needed, make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes, and work until all tasks are completed for the day. You'll also perform other basic office duties as assigned.
Hourly Pay and Available Schedule
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $12 per hour, with part-time and full-time openings available. Full-time positions are preferred, with a minimum of 20 hours per week required. Available shifts vary between 8:00am-9:00pm CST, Monday-Friday.

- Must be able to read and speak English
- WPM Typing Test: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy
- KPH Typing Test: 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy

This is a remote position for candidates based out of WI, MN, IA, and TX.
