Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry/Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurate Data Entry: Enter data into various systems and databases with precision and speed, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our records.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Perform data collection tasks, such as reviewing documents, spreadsheets, and reports, and utilize pivot tables and other data analysis tools to extract and present data in a meaningful way.
• Record Management: Organize and categorize data for easy retrieval and analysis, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring that data is accurate and consistent.
• Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and printing documents, and develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our systems and data entry processes.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
