Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to phone inquiries from patients and addressing their concerns with empathy and care
• Helping patients understand their pharmacy benefits and providing expert advice
• Using problem-solving skills and support from your team to answer patient calls effectively
• Documenting all interactions in real-time and keeping track of patient interactions
• Identifying and empathetically addressing patient concerns and escalating appropriately when necessary
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring patients are equipped with the best advice

What You Should Have

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field
• General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
