In Your Typical Day, You Will:
* Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound (dialer) calls a day: Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and support to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Assist customers with payment options, escrow items, and any general mortgage information: Help customers navigate the mortgage process, providing clear and concise information to ensure their understanding and satisfaction.
- Discuss arenaflex customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR: Educate customers about the benefits of our digital platforms and services, empowering them to take control of their mortgage experience.
- Assist customers that are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment: Provide timely support to customers who are facing payment challenges, ensuring they receive the help they need to stay on track.
Qualifications:
* 6 months or more with customer service experience: Leverage your customer service skills and experience to deliver exceptional results in this role.
- 6 months or more with call center experience: Bring your call center expertise to arenaflex, helping us to provide world-class customer service.
Additional Details:
* Hourly rate is $15.00 an hour: Enjoy a competitive hourly rate, reflecting your value to our team.

- Must reside within 60 miles from office location: Ensure a smooth commute and a healthy work-life balance with our flexible location requirements.
- Comprehensive 6-week paid virtual training – equipment is provided: Receive comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.
- Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training is required: Commit to our training program and set yourself up for long-term success.
- Hours of Operations: Monday - Thursday 7am – 8pm; Friday 7am - 7pm; and Saturday 8am- 12pm.: Work a flexible schedule that aligns with our business hours, ensuring you have a healthy work-life balance.
