Job Summary

As a Live Chat Assistant, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through our live chat platform, ensuring that their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. You'll be a key point of contact for customers, providing accurate information about our products, services, and policies. Your exceptional communication skills, adaptability, and emotional intelligence will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, resolve issues efficiently, and drive sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred. -

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment. -

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using live chat platforms, CRM software, and general computer applications. Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues. -

Soft Skills:
