Experienced Full Stack Social Media Sales Specialist – Latin America Region

The Role

As a Chat Assassin, you'll be working with a highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. You'll be responsible for:

• Starting new conversations with potential clients (2 hours/day)
• Following up with leads and closing sales (2 hours/day)
• Growing your social media accounts organically (2 hours/day)
• Replying to active leads and closing sales (1.5 hours/day)
• Managing and communicating with your team (30 minutes/day)

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
• Collaborate with the client success team to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns
• Participate in regular training and development sessions to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English

• Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
• Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends)
• Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
• High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and working with trial and error

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service

• Familiarity with social media platforms and their marketing potential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges

Compensation and Benefits

• Training Stage: $150-$300
• Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month
• Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month
• Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
