Job Summary

As an Experienced Part-Time Customer Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients over the phone. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and find the best possible solutions. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients over the phone

  • Listen actively to customers' needs and concerns, and work together to find solutions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance
  • Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a similar role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a tech-related industry or customer-facing role

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Previous experience in a part-time or flexible work arrangement
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and best practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
