Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for building relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth through outstanding service delivery. Schedule Requirements
This part-time position requires you to work from home for 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that can be tailored to your needs. You'll need to be available to work between Monday and Friday, 8:00am and 6:00pm. We're looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Building relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs and concerns
- Fulfilling requests and answering questions for internal and external customers
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
- Managing customer portfolios
- Organizing the workflow to meet customers' time frames and demands
- Data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents
- Navigating between multiple databases quickly and accurately
- Researching, analyzing, reviewing, and processing legal documents
- Recommending process improvements where applicable
- Maintaining and growing existing customer business by providing outstanding service and by recognizing and proactively offering appropriate services
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience working in a customer service or administrative capacity
- An energetic and self-motivated approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong prioritization and time-management skills
- Flexibility and agility, with the ability to multitask

- Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office, Word, and Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
