We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our remote customer service team as a Live Chat Support Agent. As an Experienced Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

Contract Length and Pay Rate
This is a full-time remote position with no fixed term, offering the flexibility to work on your own terms. The pay rate for this position is between $25-$35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. We value our employees and strive to offer competitive pay rates to ensure their satisfaction.
Skills and Background Needed
To qualify for this position, you must have:
- A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
- The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions.
- A reliable internet connection.
- Availability for at least 5 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week.
