Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our remote customer service team as a Live Chat Support Agent. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through live chat software, resolving customer complaints and issues effectively, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers in making informed decisions about our products and services.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner, using active listening skills and empathy.
  • Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, including chat logs and customer feedback.
  • Staying up-to-date with product and service information, including new features and updates.
  • Following up on customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Contract Length and Pay Rate

This is a full-time remote position with no fixed term, offering the flexibility to work on your own terms. The pay rate for this position is between $25-$35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. We value our employees and strive to offer competitive pay rates to ensure their satisfaction.

Skills and Background Needed

To qualify for this position, you must have:

  • A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
  • The ability to work independently and closely follow provided steps and instructions.
  • A reliable internet connection.
  • Availability for at least 5 hours per week, up to 40 hours per week.
