What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from our valued customers, providing exceptional service, and building strong relationships with them. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and authorizing sales
- Maintaining up-to-date computerized customer information
- Building relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
What You'll Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and effectively communicate with colleagues and customers
- Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows, type while talking, and utilize Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet
- 6+ months of customer service experience (or military equivalent experience)
- Must live within a 2.5-hour commute of the Rapid City, SD location
- Confidence using a computer
- Be 18-years-old or older
- Willingness to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from home full-time. You'll need to have a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet. arenaflex will provide you with the computer, technology, and equipment needed to successfully perform your job. Occasionally, you may be requested to meet in person, so you must live within a commutable distance of Rapid City, SD.
