Work Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Data Entry Remote Jobs (Wfh) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Utilizing arenaflex's solution information entry techniques and rules processes new patient enrollment by entering information into the proper system.
- Handling patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing.
- Investigating to obtain missing prescription data, and deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
- Resolving all data entry-related issues with special cases.
- Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and resolving outbound calls to prescribers and patients as necessary.
- Resolving Outsider Exceptions by inspecting, gathering data, making revisions, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements.
- Resolving phone calls to guarantors and others to obtain data, gain abrogate endorsement, or otherwise resolve the Outsider Exceptions.
- Providing support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas.
- Identifying and communicating issues to senior-level staff as necessary.
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic level computer skills (e.g., starting and closing a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between programs, saving files, printing reports, and accessing data online).
- Basic web search skills to include opening a browser, typing URLs in the address bar, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating back/forward/stop buttons, and completing online forms.
- Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files).
- Ability to communicate in writing and verbally.
- 18 years old or older.
Preferred Qualifications:
* At least one year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment.
- At least one and a half years of experience as a pharmacy professional with a license/enrollment by the state as granted by the state Board of Pharmacy or widely recognized certification organization.
- Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
- Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing documents).
- Familiarity with Spanish and English.
