• Providing high-quality customer service to clients and participants
• Entering data into software and interpreting results
• Assisting in creating questions for surveys and focus groups
• Extrapolating raw data from surveys and providing insights to clients
• Collaborating with our team of experts to gather insights from real-world consumers

Key Responsibilities

* Participate in remote short studies and data entry/feedback for our company and industry partners

• Provide high-quality customer service to clients and participants
• Enter data into software and interpret results
• Assist in creating questions for surveys and focus groups
• Extrapolate raw data from surveys and provide insights to clients
• Collaborate with our team of experts to gather insights from real-world consumers
• Meet with groups or join online focus groups as required
• Choose your own hours and work part-time or full-time as desired

Essential Qualifications

* High-speed internet with good working connection

• Home desktop/laptop or smartphone with functioning camera and microphone
