Job Summary

As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for analyzing incoming legal documents in real-time to detect and correct errors in our processing, entering data from source documents into templates, annotating legal documents, and providing feedback to others to improve our proprietary artificial intelligence. This is an entry-level position with a salary range of $30-$35k/year, plus overtime (not required), and offers opportunities for growth into leadership, training/development, technical, or revenue positions.

Key Responsibilities

* Collecting and analyzing digital documents and related data

• Reviewing data and documents for errors
• Entering, correcting, and formatting data from source documents
• Working cooperatively with other arenaflex team members
• Consistently meeting individual and team performance objectives
• Becoming familiar with arenaflex's tools and systems in order to understand all team-related internal systems, processes, and procedures
• Providing feedback to others to improve our proprietary artificial intelligence
• Participating in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, data science, business administration) preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
