Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer queries and issues efficiently through email and live chat support
  • Assisting customers in understanding our products and services better, enhancing their overall experience
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and expert support
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues resolved

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and comfort using them to interact with customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Strong ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Availability to work at least 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field
