Key Responsibilities

As a Help Desk Administrator – Live Chat Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing live chat support to customers via Facebook Messenger and other chat interfaces
  • Answering questions, assisting with website navigation, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working closely with our team to ensure seamless customer support experiences
  • Following provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
