Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll provide critical support to our clients by reviewing and processing documents, entering data, and ensuring the accuracy of our clients' information. Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7AM-3PM or 2PM-10PM EST, with occasional weekends and overtime required
Pay:
$15 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives

Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing production services to client operations by performing administrative tasks such as data-entry, document processing, and scanning
- Receiving documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for accurate processing
- Processing documents by following internal processes and identifying any gaps in required information
- Identifying documents and their purpose to create a database of information
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
- The ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test
- The ability to type a minimum of 45 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems
- A great attention to detail
- Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
Essential Skills and Competencies:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work with a close degree of supervision
- Experience with data entry software and systems
- Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in data entry or a related field
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
- Certification in data entry or a related field
