Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced bilingual customer service representative to join our remote call center team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer satisfaction targets. Key Responsibilities

As a bilingual customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Tracking shipments, cancelling shipments, refunding reward points, and resolving damaged shipment issues
  • Assisting clients with booking travel arrangements using their accumulated reward points
  • Providing accurate and timely information to clients regarding their reward points and travel bookings
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and resolving issues in a yes environment
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Training Schedule

Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to excel in this role. The training schedule is as follows:

  • Day one: 9am-5:30pm
  • Training hours after the first day: 6:00AM – 2:30PM
  • Multiple schedules available after training (shifts are first come, first serve)

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma (HSD) or General Educational Development (GED) certificate
  • 6+ months of customer service and call center experience
  • Exceptional phone and communication skills, with a strong ability to work with people
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in CRM software
