Job Summary
As a Business Analytics Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our account directors with data analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive business growth. You will work closely with our Examination Group to gather data from various sources, research and verify external data integrity, and design information to inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities
* Gather data from various sources, including but not limited to, Record Administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets
- Research and verify external data integrity to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Design and convert data into system-compatible formats for analysis and reporting
- Support Record Directors in meeting requests and requirements, utilizing Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage projects
- Participate in special projects and data analysis requests as needed
- Provide customized reporting and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Develop presentations with data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions across all levels of management
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, data analysis, computer science)
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Salesforce and data management systems
- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques
- Familiarity with business intelligence software and data modeling
- Certification in data analysis or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Analyst, Certified Analytics Professional)
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
