Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager (Technical), you'll be responsible for:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with senior leaders at Enterprise and mid-market merchant accounts
  • Understanding customers' businesses and needs, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Collaborating with internal partners to drive initiatives forward, leveraging feedback from merchants to inform product development and strategy
  • Developing and executing customized success plans to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth

  • Representing arenaflex at a senior level to merchants, fostering strong relationships and driving business outcomes

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role, preferably in the finance or technology industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and reducing churn in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and internal partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer data and provide actionable insights
  • Experience working with CRM systems, data analytics tools, and other customer success software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications
