Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering and updating member information in our database. You will work closely with various departments to manage data related to member registrations, program participation, and other critical operational metrics. Your attention to detail and proficiency in data entry software will ensure the integrity of our data, making it readily accessible for decision-making processes. Responsibilities

* Accurately enter and update member information in the database, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical records as per established protocols, ensuring seamless access to critical information.
  • Verify accuracy of data entered and make corrections as needed, ensuring the integrity of our data.
  • Generate reports to track and analyze participation in programs and services, providing valuable insights for decision-making processes.
  • Assist in developing new data entry procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to gather necessary data inputs, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a data entry operator or in a similar role, with a strong track record of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy, with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and discrepancies, ensuring the integrity of our data.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially, maintaining the trust and confidentiality of our members and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently, managing multiple projects and deadlines with ease.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a non-profit or community-based organization, with a strong understanding of the importance of data management in supporting community programs and services.

  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to generate insights and recommendations from data.
  • Certification in data entry or a related field, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA).
  • Experience working with diverse populations, with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits and perks, including health care, retirement, and life insurance, as well as paid time off and family leave.
