Experienced Senior Statistics Architect – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

With over 5 million surveys received from clients annually across consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll assist in the transformation and innovation of this technique, working closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, develop, and capture business needs

• Grow knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
• Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Develop and implement large-scale data analytics and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels
• Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing & builds automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique

Essential and Preferred Qualifications:

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years

• Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data analytics
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
