Key Responsibilities
* Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites, using the Squarespace platform and other social media channels
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering customer questions, and offering sales links and discounts
- Help customers find the information they need to process their orders successfully
- Work independently, following instructions and using your own judgment to resolve customer issues
- Use a device that can access social media and website chat functions, such as a phone, tablet, or laptop
- Maintain a reliable internet connection to ensure seamless communication with customers
Essential Qualifications
* Friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, following instructions and using your own judgment to resolve customer issues
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to use social media and website chat functions
