Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for responding to live chat messages on our clients' websites, providing exceptional customer service, and helping customers find the information they need to process their orders successfully. This is a part-time opportunity that requires 20-30 hours of work per week, and you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on our clients' websites, using the Squarespace platform and other social media channels

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering customer questions, and offering sales links and discounts
  • Help customers find the information they need to process their orders successfully
  • Work independently, following instructions and using your own judgment to resolve customer issues
  • Use a device that can access social media and website chat functions, such as a phone, tablet, or laptop
  • Maintain a reliable internet connection to ensure seamless communication with customers

Essential Qualifications

* Friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently, following instructions and using your own judgment to resolve customer issues
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use social media and website chat functions
  • Reliable internet connection and a device that can access social media and website chat functions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, with a minimum of 20 hours per week
