Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring Total Customer Satisfaction through efficient request resolution processes. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, providing direct support, analysis, and issue resolution. Key Job Responsibilities
* Provide direct customer support for customers contacting the arenaflex Customer Support Center, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and customer-focused.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service level commitments are achieved and the customer is communicated to proactively throughout the process.
- Build internal and external relationships through exceptional problem-solving skills and consistent follow-through.
- Involved in problem resolution by effectively communicating with other departments and the customer.
- Educate customers on arenaflex products and services, ensuring that they understand the value proposition and how to maximize their benefits.
- Support customer needs in a timely and consistent manner, modeling exemplary customer service behaviors and prioritizing the customer as the primary focus.
- Meet performance targets and Customer Service team goals, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Assist with tours for existing and potential customers, showcasing arenaflex's capabilities and services.
- Perform proactive calls to customers to review service performance and develop service resolution plans and potential opportunities.
- Research billing problems, provide support and training as needed, and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws, as well as, company policies and procedures.
- Maintain data integrity and assist in conversions as necessary.
- Develop and maintain working partnerships with internal teams, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in Spanish is highly desirable.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; or 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associate's degree preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build internal and external relationships.
