Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Specialist - Extended Hours, you'll be responsible for serving as a service center liaison outside of normal business hours, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, maintain accurate records, and stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including documentation of customer problems and resolutions
- Process telephone transfers, loan payments, and stop payments requests made by phone
- Monitor and respond to online chats from our website, providing timely and accurate assistance to customers
- Maintain and apply knowledge of regulations governing transactions in relation to banking services, including demand deposits and savings accounts
- Reset electronic banking PINS, duplicate statements requests, and answer debit card inquiries
- Assist customers with Internet Banking and Bill Pay, resetting passcodes, assisting with log-in, or guiding through the Internet Banking website
- Answer debit card inquiries, including reset of PINs and ordering replacement cards
- Participate in sales campaigns and identify sales referral opportunities, making appropriate referrals to existing and prospective customers
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor
Essential Qualifications:
* High school graduate or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of deposits, loans, and banking products and services with a minimum of two years customer service experience or related experience
- Financial Call Center experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and multitask
- Ability to work from home remote position
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to travel to office for periodic meetings and training
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft 360 (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
