Job Summary
As an Account Strategist, Mid-Market Sales, you'll be responsible for building and managing relationships with key clients, developing a deep understanding of their business challenges, and presenting tailored Google advertising solutions to drive growth and success. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, leveraging your analytical skills, communication expertise, and strategic thinking to deliver high-impact results.
Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics to deliver tailored solutions that drive growth and success.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and achieve growth goals, presenting Google advertising products and solutions that meet clients' marketing objectives.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Conduct forward-thinking, data-driven analyses to identify high-impact opportunities and develop consultative recommendations that align with customer goals.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of Google advertising products and their applications in meeting a wide range of marketing goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard.
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications) or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
- Travel Requirements: Ability to travel 20% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
Preferred Qualifications
* Strategic Sales Experience: Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling.
- Channel Sales Experience: Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, and/or clients.
- Digital Advertising Expertise: Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms.
- Narrative Building: Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Base Salary: A base salary range of $81,000-$119,000, determined by role, level, and location.
