The Role

As a Customer Experience Data Analytics Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in helping us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. You'll be responsible for developing and executing customer experience (CX) analytics strategies and products that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our International Family and Professional Care segment to lead the IFP CX data and analytics efforts, providing deep insights and recommendations that inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute customer experience (CX) analytics strategies and products that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction

  • Partner with IFP Growth and Accountable Business Units (ABUs) CX teams to embed data-driven decision-making in the service of CX
  • Deliver proactive and provocative CX insights that can directly translate to business action and performance
  • Partner with Digital Technology Solutions and other stakeholders to drive data governance standards
  • Improve data literacy/fluency in CX teams to embed data-driven culture
  • Develop advanced analytics capabilities against prioritized B2B IME use cases, including pipeline review and churn management

About You

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional who shares our passion for data analytics and customer experience. You'll be a self-driven and highly motivated individual with a passion for doing things differently and taking initiative to make things better. You'll have:

  • Proven experience in data analytics within a B2B environment
  • Good understanding of Customer Experience datasets and their usage
  • Experience in a broad range of analytics methods from descriptive and diagnostic to predictive and prescriptive
  • Expertise with Power BI and other visualization software
  • Highly developed collaboration skills with an ability to work and influence across a matrix organization
  • Ability to communicate to senior leaders in a concise and persuasive format
  • Ability to prioritize opportunities and navigate effectively in a matrix environment
